I have a small 29 gal with live Rock and two pieces of soft coral....I found a small brown worm looking thing in my sand...does anyone know what it is or if its bad ?

Its really hard to say w/out a pic....does it have bristles? It may be a bristle worm I would do a search in the pics for worms and see if you can find something close to it if you cant get a good pic of it. I like most worms but some can be a nuisance.
