    soft coral

    What supplements should I put in my water for my soft corals.....I want something that's not going to kill my fish I put some stuff before and it totally messed up my tank.

    I use Kent Coral Vite...sparingly.

    If you do regular water changes, you really shouldn't need to supplement trace elements like iodine, strontium, molybdenum,etc very often. Calcium, Alk and magnesium should be replaced on a regular basis. I use Bulk Reef Supply 2 part DIY recipe 1 for those, and I dose daily.
    Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

    +1 - when I say sparingly, I used it for the second time last night... in 3 mos since I have had corals
