29 gallon water Issues on Reef Tank

Well my tank is a year old and I'm still having water issues. I am running to power heads towards the surface, a skimmer, and a overflow and no matter what I do my p.h. is always 7.8 whether I bubble the water, get fresh air from the outside etc. My parameters suck.

    P.H. 7.8
    Nitrite-0
    Nitrate-0
    Ammonia-0
    Calc-440
    Phosphates-.25
    K.H. 125-143 7-8

I only does reef vital DNA every few days and am running a dsb, in my display tank and fuge Along with 40-50 pounds of live rock. Also I'm running macro in my fuge. Calpura. If that's how its spelled. My corals look great. But my RBTA looks pretty ruff. I just ordered a mag test kit to test that. I do have a p.h. buffer and k.h. buffer but it drops my calc way down is it worth dosing any suggestions? Also I realize nothing is zero on my tank but that's what my API test kit says. Thanks for all the help just trying to save my anemone.

Hey there flyboy. It looks to me like although in range, your calcium, alkalinity and I'm assuming/ guessing magnesium aren't balanced with eachother. Adding individual suppliments aren't the best or most productive ways. Raising one tends to drive the other down like you're experiencing. The easiest way to balance Cal and alk is by dosing a 2 part suppliment that's engineered to be ionically balanced. Mag would have to be added seperately. Keeping those three balanced will automatically keep Ph stable ( all other things equal). There's a balance table in Lee's water quality thread ( I think).

I aerated some water last night for a hour outside raised my p.h right up to 8.3 i mean perfect. If I run a fresh air intake some how outside with that help balance out my alk and mag bye chance? Which I have no idea what my mag is.

Not sure about that but I don't think so. You can run a fresh air intake to try and keep Ph stable but I think the balancing of the three will have to be done manually.
