What's Growing in Our Tank?

I am enclosing pics of a new growth in our tank that I would like help identifying. Here's a bit of information first:

saltwater
29 gallon Hex tank
1 pajama cardinal
2 damsels
1 skunk cleaner shrimp
2 hermit crabs
a few small snails
2 larger snails
Reef tank with 4 lbs. of live rock stacked on a rod

The growth is not on the lower portions of live rock. It is really only on the top 2 stacked rocks. It's brownish red colored with a lot of bubbles and algae looking vegetation on it. It's now growing on the filter and the heater as well and does attach itself to the inside of the glass.

Any ideas?
