Help! My Sebae Anemone has something wrong with it.

I am some what of a beginner (little over a year w/ saltwater) to this hobby and recently got a Sebae Anemone from my local shop. I have no idea whats wrong with it. It wont eat and now it looks bad. The center kind of bubbled out, then went back. It will stick to krill when I try to feed it then it lets the food go. It is starting to turn gray and withered in the one spot, but the rest seems to be fine. I have tried researching it and can't find anything on it.
Any help would be appreciated.

It doesn't look horrible. Try very small pieces of raw shrimp (about the size of an pencil eraser) which can be purchased at the store. How long have you had it and what is your salinity?

I dont know my salinity, but I just had my water checked last week at the lfs and they said it was good. I have had the sebae about 2 weeks.
