a little over a month i think he was pretty old he looked like a wise old pistol shrimp an he was pretty big too

The first time my shrimp molted, I thought I'd found him dead too. I removed the body, but then later in the day, he came out from hiding.
Are you sure it isn't still hiding in there?

Yeah I'm sure j have seen several molts an when I pulled this out the smell was atroisish if was prett foul an it didn't fall apart like amolt an even after I took if out I looked in all his spots an he wasn't there I didn't get a spike in any parameters but did water change just in case.
