I have an xenia coral and it looks really healthy, it is pulsating very well and next to it on the same rock is a leather coral. What I am concerned about on some of the arms on the xenia they look like they are on knots, or if someone tied them up into rubberbands and then took of the rubberbands and made creeses in the arms. This is what it all looks like to me. I was wondering if it has anything to do with the leather coral, or can this be something else happening. It is not next to anything that will sting the coral! Someone plese help. All water conditions and lighting and water flow is great. Thanks ocean reef.

how long have you had it? has it all ways been this way? if not it just keep a close eye on it, if everything else is fine then it is probably just acting up.
