Wow thats not good.. how much was it? how big is the tank what kind of filter are you running..?
sorry for the qestions just getting them out of the way for you now and for others to reply to
this and will save you time. Just do a few water changes if you can run carbon for a few days
it would help. Also take something and blow your rocks off if you have them a turkey baster
works great keep and your sponges clean. Also sorry ive never had this problem but im sure
i will my daughter is 22 months and getting into everything i have a betta on my tv stand
and she tries to put whatever she can get ahold of in there with her. She loves the fishes
and can even point out corals and anemones already. Im in for it.... lol
Good luck and keep us posted!

Sounds good carbon and water changes and cleaning the sponges in the water you took out from the water change will be your
best bet IMO. Again good luck and let us know how it goes!

    Re: OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

that sounds like a great idea the cloudiness will go right away if everything makes it through the first 24-48 hours odds are your tank is going to recover from this after you do the water change and rinse your sponges in the water from the water change it may be a good idea to let the tank settle for 24 hours and then test the water to be sure testing is accurate levels may be a little high still but too many water changes in a short period of time can also cause problems so just use caution and im sure you do already but it sounds like everything is going to go well!

    Re: OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It would be safe to feed them once a day for a few days untill water levels are good again just enough for them to eat. some food is always left behind IMO so if you see some get blown around no worries just let it go odds are something will find it and eat it but yes you will be safe feeding
