I recently purchased a white with purple tips sebae anemone. I have read that there is no such thing naturaly occuring in the wild. So it was died. Is that correct? If so they recomend feeding it. I have been trying with shrimp and krill and it will not eat anything. It is however possible it ate one of my damnsels in the past week. I have had it for two weeks. It took a while but I think that my clown is trying to host with it (today) but now it has white stuff on it. The tank runs a filter and a protien skimmer. It is 20 gal tank with a 425gph and 90gph powerheads one on each side. The light is a dual lamp t5 Ho light Fixture made by quatic life. I am really concerned about my anemone any help would be greatly apreciated. As far as the other inhabitants there is a buble tip anemone, candy cane coral, purple leather, torch coral, tomato clown, not sure what type the other clown is hes black orange with 3 white stripes, a peppermint shrimp, a fire shrimp, a cleaner shrimp, a feather duster, 4 blue legged hermits, 1 scarlet hermit, 1 emerald crab, two snails, sandsifting starfish and a serpent starfish. Please any help would be great. My tank is almost two months old and water test have been good tested yesterday and all last week. Oh was stable in one positon for a week then move i think because of serpent starfish was bugging it, but is still sticking to new spot.
