    Pink Tip Condy Anemone

Picked up a very small Condy today at my lfs and it attached itself very quick to a piece of LR in my 20g. Don't you a whole lot about these nems but have heard that they are pretty hardy and relatively easy to take care of. Anyways, the nem is completely closed up with no tentacles sticking out at all. Is this common for this nem at night? Lighting is Marineland LED Reef Capable about 9 inches from the light source. Water flow is good and nothing strange in water tests. Any thoughts about this? Appreciate the advice. Nem is still attached to rock.
    Best of luck,
    Matt

Condy is one of the more difficult Nems to keep, and needs high lighting to thrive. He may on the other hand just be settling in.

    Re: Pink Tip Condy Anemone

He seems to be doing great now. After doing a little more research, it doesn't look like my red leg hermit crab will take so well to having the Condy in the tank. I have decided to move him to the MH lighting in the 72 just to avoid the hermit crab picking on him. Thanks for the advice.
    Best of luck,
    Matt
