Hello,
It is an Aiptasia anemone. They can reproduce rapidly and sting nearby corals. They are generally considered a pest although some hobbyists that don't keep corals find them an interesting addition.

Thank you guys so much! I went to my LFS and picked up some Aiptasia-X. Its suppose to kill my aiptasia and its reef safe.
