You could keep all that stuff, well all but the hair algae. It will look like a natural reef tank with all that growing. When it gets to be a bit much, just trim it back. Hair algae is usually a culprit of phosphates. You'll have to test for them. Then if they are high you'll need to run a phosphate remover to get em down. Then the the other algae should take over and keep trates low once they get going.

I can't really tell what that is.
    Christmas Tree Coral Possibly?
Saltwater Aquarium Corals for Marine Reef Aquariums: Spaghetti Finger Leather Coral Possibly?
I'm guessing here. Can you isolate and get a better pic?

Ok guys a update water test
    sal 1.025
    ph 7.9
    ammonia 0
    nitrite 0
    nitrate 0
    phosphate 0.25

That is all the test that i have ive ordered the rest. but i dont understand why it has Hair algae, it seems like the water is good, oh i did those test twice to make sure i was doing them right.
i thought it whould have some nitrate, now the guy i got the tank from said there has never been any fish in the tank it has been up and running for 6 months, it does have a few snails and a couple crabs. ohh he did just put a pencil urchin in the tank a couple weeks before i bought the tank.

    Thank you
    Chuck

Phosphate is .25 so expect some hair algae or even cyano.

Keep in mind that that algae consumes phosphate and nitrate so your levels are probably higher than the test kits measure. The algae is consuming much of the nutrients as fast as its being produced/ introduced.
