my NEW reef aquarium food list

Hey guys! so I am starting my 100g reef aquarium pretty soon and I have researched a LOT about this hobby!
I am going to be getting foods for my fish, anemone, and (do soft, sps, lps coral require feeding)
This is the current list, please feel free to object to any of my suggestions. I need to size that list down as well and I require your help!
Hikari Frozen Silversides (Whole Fish) = AnemoneHikari Frozen Mysis Shrimp (Cube) = Fish + Inverts + Anemone
Hikari Frozen Spirulina Brine Shrimp (Cube) = Coral + Fish + Inverts + Anemone
Hikari Frozen Ocean Plankton (Cube) = Coral
Feeding Stick = Coral + Fish + Inverts + Anemone

Instant Ocean Omnivore Diet Soft Gels = Anemone + Clownfish
Veggie Clip = Tangs
Ocean Nutrition Marine Seaweed Selects (Brown & Green) = Tangs
Instant Ocean Blend Herbivore Diet Soft Gel food Supplement = Tangs

Please help me decide which ones I do NOT need for a reef aquarium. e.g. 'You don't need [this], because the [other] will fully supplement its diet.'
Can I erase Silversides in the list for the anemone? I want to just feed the anemone Mysis and Spirulina Brine shrimp weekly. What is Gel Food LIKE when you put it in the tank water? does it float? sink? Do fish actually eat Gel foods?

Nice list, I think you have everything covered. For the Anemone, you could try and get it to eat Mysis instead of Silvers, worth a shot. Gel food sinks, and yes fish do eat it, my Tangs sucked it up pretty fast. You might want to add Romaine Lettuce to the Tang list.

That kind of shrimp has some nutritional value because of the added Spirulina. But other than that, I wouldnt use it myslef. I only use, Mysis Shrimp and Romaine lettuce. From time to time I throw in Plankton or Squid.
