My new potters angel

I got a beautiful potters angel on Sunday of this week and he hasn't been eating anything I've given him! I've seen him pick around the rocks on the algea but he won't eat any food u put in the tanks. And thoughts on this?

Note: the parameters are perfect as if this mooring and the time period between the time he arrived till today. Also he was eating at the LFS.

Also note: he keeps swimming up my 2 peppermint shrimp and blood shrimp and turning his side like he wants to be cleaned. Any thoughts on this?
