I tested my tank chemistry last night and my Nitrate NO2 was higher than normal. It was 0.25ppm. Is this a lot or just a small amount that I shouldn't really worry about? If there is some action that needs to be taken what exactly should I do?

25 is not a huge deal, as Chris states you'll want to keep an eye on them. I try to keep mine under 10. You can do a few big water changes every 3 days. This will knock em down. Then again I dose, so mine never really changes. I just change water for the Trace elements.
