Hitchhiker ID?

I have new live rock but I have found 2 items that I hope someone can help me ID?

The first is this slug looking thing (the reflection makes it look like 2 but its just one) :


And second are what look like eggs, small white balls grouped together with black spots:


Any ideas? Newbie here.

I have searched and no luck so far.
