UG! MI? What?

So I think I have MI. I am a newbie starting out a 75 gal reef tank. I really only have a few corals and mushrooms, for fish I have 1 coral beauty, 1 sail fin tang, 1 orange shoulder tang, 1 diamond gobi, and 2 perci clowns. So my newest fish (orange shoulder) got some spots. I see myself as a freshwater expert but am just a beginner at salt water. Anyways, it looks like Ich. I understand salt water ich is different. I ran to the fish store and they sold me a cleaner shrimp and a cleaner wrasse. I have since found that doesn't work to clear up ich. It has been about 4 days and my orange should has gone into hiding and my sail fin has gotten white spots.

So from what I gather, I need to set up a separate tank (that I have) and put all my fish in there and treat them for MI. I am planning on taking the cleaner wrasse back since he is creating stress (and make sure he is aware that he was in a tank with MI). So I need to leave the main tank fishless for 8 mths? and treat the rest in a non reef tank? is this what I need to do?

Also, I have an long spine urchin and 2 sea anemones in the tank, are they okay to stay there or do I need to move them also?

You got the idea. The inverts can stay in the reef tank. Your looking at 6-8 weeks before putting the fish back into the main.
