Compensate for loss of livestock?

Hello guys,
Yesterday I had awoken to my Aqueon 72 gallon glass bowfront aquarium leaking. The leak was at the very base of the seam by the frame. The tank was only 10 months old. They are going to replace the tank, but i was curious if there is a way to pursue them for loss of livestock as i had 16 fish and 7 pieces of coral. All animals are fine at the moment except for my powder blue which contracted Ick which will surley be fatal. I moved all animals to a smaller spare tank at the moment but the replacement tank isnt supposed to be here till saturday. I know some say i should be thankful for them to at least replace the tank but if it were not for their poor construction on my tank i would not be in this situation. Any input would be greatley appreciated!

[Reefing Madness]

I had to do the same thing with a 125g tank. It had a life time warranty on it. Had to put all my stuff in the bath tub, lost a couple fish, but neot going to see compensation from them. Maybe if your rally nice about the mishap they will crumble. Other than that, I feel for ya.
