Not sure what is happening!!

This morning my coral was all closed up which is unusual, and then by lunch time it had all these little white balls stuck to it and was partially closed. What is it doing?? It is bad or good??

How is this coral doing today? It looks like a spawning event. Did the white balls detach and float away?

It looks good today it is doing it again only in one area. so is this a good thing???

Hello,
Spawning can be a sign of stress but not always. If other corals look normal then I would say there is nothing to worry about.

In the last couple of days it has actually spread there are now little purple flowers around the actual coral, there are at least 20 little ones now!
