Hi folks, I'm new around here, was referred to this group by a friend. There was a major hatch in my 125 reef the other night and I suspect my oscellaris clowns were respobsible. Anybody out there sucsessfully rearing clownfish? I could use some info as to how to collect, house and feed the next batch if I should be so lucky. Thanks in advance...

First thing you should do is go out and buy Joyce wilkersons books Clownfishes all is explained within, basically your looking at greenwater cultures to feed the rotifer cultures, until the larvae go through metamorphises, then youll need brine shrimp cultures to feed the juvinels, It is too much info to post here, Just get the book read it and prepare. One thing i found helpful was to attempt to culture greenwater, rotifers, and brineshrimp before i had a couple hundred hungry larvae. Good luck.
