My cleaner shimp follows my green bubble anemone, constantly cleaning it or bothering it. Now the anemone is white and the tenticals are always tiny. Is it going to die? What should I do? Place the anemone in the sump? Take it out before it pollute the tank?

It doesn't sound like it is doing well... not enough light is the most common problem with one bleaching.
Put the shrimp in the sump, unless your sump is lit with more than 10 watts / gal

i wonder if the shrimp is trying to rid the anemone of already dead or dying bacteria, is this a new anemone or has this always happened.

Bubble tip anemones are one of the few that DON'T necessarily need a lot of light. I would, however, suspect that it is starving. Try feeding it daily. Foods such as silversides and krill shrimp are good choices. Give the cleaner shrimp a large piece first to keep him occupied then feed corals and the anemones.
The anemone is white because it's lost/expelled it's zooxanthelea algae. Zoox provides short term food as a by product. However, it requires nitrogen compounds from the host(the anemone). These are provided when the anemone eats, so if the anemone isn't eating the zoox is starving as well as the anemone. If you can get it to eat, it will likely make a recovery. hth, -Mike

Ya, I would make sure it is eating...If it doesn't grab the food with its tenticals you will have to put the food in its mouth...HTH

I feed my anemone once a week, I'll try to feed it more often. The reason I didn't feed it more often is because the cleaner shimp will try to take it out of the anemone's mouth. So I have to keep an eye on it for half an hour to chase away the shimp.
