Clown I have a sun coral had him not for about 3 a month and I keep him out of direct light kinda under the ledge of my LR. I feed him daily or every other day with brine shrimp, fine grinded squid in a turkey baster. What I do is shoot enough on the him so he can feel or smell it then wait for about 10 min and the heads will come out then I will finish feeding him and bam al the heads come out craven food they are nice to watch when they come out fully but dont recommend them for beginners only because they do need to be hand fed.

Clown: This coral doesn't need any light at all. It needs to be fed on regular basis. When I had one about 6-7 years ago I used to sift the sand around it and in a matter of few min. nice bright orange polyps would open up which you can give it brine shrimp. It also likes water movement ang great for a spot under a ledge away from light.

Humilis is right this coral is ahermatypic (no symbiotic algae) and will need to be fed. I know several folks who keep them and use turkey basters, syringes to "spot" feed the individual polyps with brine shrimp, DT's etc. and of course, vitamin supplements. fair/moderate current, under a ledge.
