I was looking in the tank last night after lights out. I was using a flashlight and I seen this thing I have never even heard of before. It was totally clear and about 1/2 inch long. It was moving on the glass and looked like it had a suction cup for a mouth. But then it starting moving around a peice of caulipa and its mouth looked like it changed shape to fit around the caulipa.

Rhonda,
I saw the same thing in my 25 gallon after lights go out. THey are very hard to see with lights on during the day. I believe you have flatworms, that look like really white/clear slugs, slithering on your glass. They probably hitchhiked from a coral you've gotten, or maybe your live rock. The multiply quickly, as I've witnessed in my own tank. I haven't done anything about it yet, but heard that a wrasse will eat them. Regards, Ilham |
