Little White Fuzzy Balls in Sump?
I have been noticing these little white fuzzy balls in my sump and protein skimmer. They are attached to the plexiglass. Any idea what they could be??

Thanks, are they any thing that I should be worried about or try to remove? I just did a search on RC and other people have them too, didn't see if they were good or bad, or if they should just be ignored. I appreciate your feedback!!

My sump is full of them too. They don't seem to cause any harm. Curiously though, I don't see any in the tank itself. I guess either they don't like the light, or else they are tasty.

I had those. The peppermint shrimp and cleaner shrimp love them. I heard that they may be baby aiptaisia, but do not take this seriously, since they disappeared from the tank and only live in the sump. No one was ble to confirm it.
