This morning my circuit breaker pop after I left for work, fortunally my dad came home early in the afternoon and turn it back on. So far everything looks normal.
This made me realize that our tank is actually on a life support. If the power goes out for any reason for 24, we'll loose thousand of dollar easy. Now, I'm working on some type of backup design, baybe a small, low amp/watt pump connect to a UPS for cirulation on my 150g tank. Something is always better than nothing. Are you running all your electrical devices on 1 circuit? It is best if you divide them on on 2 or more completely separate circuits. For instance half of you pumps and lights on one circuit and the rest or so on another. So if 1 circuit trips then you should still have some pumps/lights running on the other circiut(s). Not totally fault tolerant but much better IMO than just one circuit. IMO it would be worth investing in having a separate circuit installed by an electrician.
