Well I just collected about 100 shrimp larvae from my reef tank, what now? I added some DT's to the temp holding "bowl" and if they are still alive tomorrow I will set up some sort of rearing tank. I read an article by Wilkerson that stated they can take baby brine from the first day so I'll try that. Any thoughts? Experiences? As always, TIA!

If you have already read Joyce Wilkerson's article on breeding Lysmata amboinensis (on Breeder's Registry), then you have read the only literature online on this subject that I am aware of, because I have looked this up before.
Good luck! Ninong ![]()

Yea, that's the article, it's all I could find too. I guess it's the old trial and error approach then. Maybe half of them are still alive today so I'm going to change 1/2 the water and try some very light air in there, just seems like the thing to do. Thanks for your interest.
