Question Coral placement//Compatibility issues

Hi, Can any one tell me where I can find informations on how to place corals in the tank. I know LPS like bubble coral can sting other coral. I also knows some LPS coral can be place next to other LPS, but don't know which.

I have a mix to SPS, LPS, Mushrooms. Is there a general guide line on this? is all SPS safe to come in contact with other SPS? Thanks

Might I suggest a good book like maybe to start "CORALS A Quick Reference Guide" by Julian Sprung. If you get done reading that then I suggest "Aquarium CORALS selection, husbandry, and natural history" by Eric Borneman.

I would keep SPS away from LPS, and even most SPS. Generally the same species would do OK, but I have had acro kill montipora, hydnophora kill acro, goniopora kill acro......

you get the pic. Try and keep them apart, you never know what my have stronger 'sting'.
