Yo! Just moved into the Community BB

Hi folks, been reading this forum for about a week now but just
recently registered. There's alot of "crap" forums out there on reef
hobby, and thought this one was pretty awesome.

Just got into the hobby 3 months ago. Hope to do it for years to come.

Anyway, here is a pic of the tank which will be causing me problems
and causing me to ask you guys the questions here on the BB haha

It's a 10 gallon long (24 L inches x 9 H)

Welcome BlueWater

I think you'll find this BB to be the most respectful and informative on the net. Even when someone tries to fan flames, the inhabitants don't fall for it.

Thanks for the welcome.

I seriously have been looking for a good forum for a few weeks now
and there are quite a number of them. Too bad 2/3 of them suck.
Alot are immature people ranging from posts like "How big are my breasts" to "Flame Wars because some newbie put the wrong fish in
and got eaten". This forum just seems like one of the more helpful
ones. Dunno' alot of you yet. But I've found some "egotism" in other
forums which I think is pretty lame. Keep up the good forum here.

Welcome to Reefland! I started with a 10 gallon nano too this time last year. TRUST me, it's addicting. Now it's turned into a 75 gallon and I'm itching for a bigger tank! Oh well, gotta spend money on something. This board is very, very helpful and I'm sure everyone will be more than willing to help you out whenever you need it! Again, welcome!!!

Is that crushed coral or coarse sand in your tank?

Yah, I can tell it's addicting. I wanted a larger tank once
I started cycling my tank. Luckily I know I don't have a ton of cash
right now to spend on it hehe.

As for my substrate, I am using Crushed Coral. Couldn't afford live sand
at the time. When I upgrade tanks, I intend on getting sand instead.
