want skimmer only HELP

i currently own a 55 and i want to go with a powerfull skimmer only.how would i convert my wetdry to a refigerum?

I would use a aqua C remora skimmer for your 55g along with a maxijet 1200 pushing it instead of the rio they come with. You will be pleased with the results.

Hi ghostface!

I second Ltspd'd suggestion for the AquaC Remora www.proteinskimmer.com. If all you want is a refugium under the display, you need three partitions. One to accept the drain, one for the refuge and a final for the return pump. Prior to the return you may want to consider adding some baffles (I like to go with under, over, under) that will remove micro-bubbles from being returned into the display.
