How much and how often you you add DT's to your tank? I have a 125 and add 2ml twice a week is that enough or not enough?How much is recomended?

I add 2 tbs to my 90 just after lights out every 2-3 days

I add about 60ml once a week to my 150.....30-60mls are recomended every other day.
