Ulva macroalgae, sea lettuce

Hi guys,

Has anyone ever ordered the athropod breeding kit from IPSF before? If anyone has, please see if you can help me. The breeding kit includes two types of ulva algaes, sea lettuce and a red branching one. Now is the sea lettuce supposed to die off eventually? After 3 days in the refugium, it's not looking to great and has a lot of clear spots along the "leaves". Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
