    PB dropped dead!

Really sucks the big one, powder blue, the pride of my tank, found lifeless this morning. No warnings, no signs. Even up to last night he seemed the picture of health. I have even been known to brag that my tank was so healthy I could maintain a powder blue in there. Of course I only had it five weeks but I usually figure any fish that makes it a month is good for the long run. This fish showed no signs of stress whatsoever. It ate everything in sight and dominated a sailfin twice it's size. Everybody else is fine. I just don't understand it. Sad day at my house.

A couple of months ago I lost my beloved PB tang I'd had three weeks short of a year. I still miss him; the tank just doesn't look right without him.

It's always tough to lose a fish you care about, but doubly frustrating when there isn't a clue to the reason.

Tangy-Too was my second PB. I'm not going to try again. I'll get a Sohal tang when my 100 gal miraculously transforms into a 200 gal tank.

So sorry about your fish. Acanthurus leucosternon will always be my favorite.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions, but it's the thought that counts.

Sounds like a cyanide victim to me.
Heck is where people go that don't believe in Gosh.

Maybe stressed enough to die of a heart attack. Though it appeared to dominate the sailfin, it still would be highly stressed.
