Hi Wind,
Without a pic it'll be tough to even get a slight clue as to what it is. Even with one, you'd be hard pressed to get it properly ID'd. If you didn't buy then it likely came with the LR. That being the case, it may likely have enough food to subside on from things growing on your LR (sponges, polyps...things like that). All Nudi's are carnivores, so hopefully it will find food growing on the rock. They are cool creatures thats for sure. -Perry ------------------ Some call it evolution, And others call it God. OK. Thanks.
I am just wondering if it is poisonous. I don't want a critter to kill my tank. |

All black with a few white spots on the back...if it has a small white 'stripe' on the its back it sounds like a Scutus. I have one, seems fairly harmless. A pic would help.
Good Luck, lakedawgs |

It's not black, like pure black.
It is smokish colored. It has a few white spots on the back. In the front the eyes and on the back, that flower crown that makes you know its a nudibranch. (I think) I can't really find a line on the back. Sorry, i can't get a pic. |
