Hi all,
Ok I received what looks like an anemone with white tips but it isn't an anemone it's a soft coral. I'm hoping someone might know what I have and give me a tip on how to care for it. It was a gift. I tried looking in ffexpress to see if they might've had a picture of it but they don't. Know anywhere else I could see pics to perhaps make answering this easier? Thanx

I think we all need to see a picture of it to correctly identify the coral.
There are quite a few corals out there that can resemble an anemone. My first thought was it is either a elegant coral or a disk/plate coral. Those are both hard corals and I don't know of any soft coral that looks like that. Question- is this coral completely covered with tentacles? or are they just around the edges? Here is a picture of a disk/plate coral.

Thanks I found it. It's a torch coral. Any tips on keeping it healthy?

gentle flow, medium light. Can be occasionally fed either phyto or small meaty foods such as squid, silversides, krill, ect.
