I ordered 20 pounds of uncured Fiji from Premium Aquatics for my 10 gallon nano and sump.
I am very pleased. I asked for pieces no bigger than a football and I got just that. The rock looks very good. I think that Jason made a mistake though. I always thought that uncured was supposed to have lots of die off and stink. The only dead thing I noticed was a brown sponge and there was no smell. I think I got cured... ![]() Overall I am another satisfied customer. Mark |

My guess is that the LR is uncured, and that it will cure in your tank. Mine didn't start to smell for several days.
You may notice a die off over the next week or so as the LR cures in your tank. Be sure to skim vigorously. |

Yeah, but the thing is that there is nothing to "die off". Well anyway, we'll see.
I think Jason might have been wanting to get rid of the rest of his Super Cured Fiji. He really dropped the price of it to get rid of it and the description he gave sure sounds like my rock. Regardless, I'm happy! ![]() Mark |

Just got 40 pounds of the stuff myself. Excellent size assortment and lots of dead stuff on it (hopefully, some live stuff too-can't tell yet). Wish I had found out about them earlier...could have saved some bucks.

there is plenty to die off other than the sponges and visable life.
