Angry SALLY'S GONE-PLEASE HELP! (snacks for arrowhead?)

Could it be that my crac-head ARROW ate my sally-lightfoot?Has anyone had bad experience with arrowhead crabs? A friend had one and I just thought he was cool, but I have watched mine eat blue-leg crabs and tear those big worms(from the sand and rock) to shreds just eating away,I guess that's just the way it is, but I want sally back(does he have to go-what next? shrimp-NOT-)is he that mean and does he even serve a purpose? My friends arrowhead just hung around his colt coral so I thought!
I GUESS I DIDN'T DO MY HOME WORK OR DID HE EAT IT TO -SAB-(sorry all bitter)

as you seem to have learned the hard way ,arrow crabs are not "reef" or "community" safe.they will eat all youre worms /other crustaceans, steal food from youre coralsand just be a nuisance in general.arrow crabs look cool, but they aint

Might be the Arrow head , I don't know, I haven't had one since the last one I caught back in the 70's, My first salt setup
But more recently like last year I had a few hand fulls of sally's and they all eventually dissapeared

I had an arrow and a sally for a little while but my sally was loose legs left and right was down to 3 legs when I got rid of the suspect arrow and sally didnt loose any more legs. Sally got all her legs the next time she molted and has bee fine ever since.

when the sally is small they make ecxellent grazers, but as they grow you have to watch out for them picking off small fish.ime they dont bother corals.if you have no small fish ,youre probly ok,i lost a small clown and a cleaner wrasse to a slf

My sally lightfoot ate my cleaner shrimp and likes to eat snails when it can get a hold of one. I havn't seen it touch corals though.
