I came home this morning to find my larger of the two f.p.clowns dead. The only signs of something wrong was his orange color was turning dark.My readings are all at 0 and this really has me stumped.does anyone think they might know what is wrong with my clowns.I really dont want to lose my small one.

How long did you have them before? If they are new, it is possible fighting stressed out the other one and killed it. Also, maturing clowns will darken up towards the top of their body, so what your seeing may not be unusual.

Have you had any flucuations in your water chemistry? Ph swing, just add tons of alk/ca to the water, or anything like that? Checked ammonia?

If it isn't water, and you've had them awhile, it could be sickness or trauma of some kind.

Good luck.
