I have a 125 gallon ank built into a wall with the sump and pumps underneath the tank in a cabinet and the chiller and lamp ballasts over the tank in a cabinet. The temp ranges from 74-77.5 in the winter. In the summer it ranges between 76-78 with the chiller working quite hard. I am running 2 250 watt MQI (individual ballast for each) and 2 96 watt pc's (one ballast for both). I have had serious heat issues and burned out 2 ballasts recently. I have since added 1 fan rated at 200fpm and 1 and 80 fpm that sucks the air into the attic plus 2 additional vent holes at 4-1/4" dia. This is marginal (the MQI lights were a recent replacement for 2 96w pc. I may need to add another fan to blow air from the room into the cabinet this summer. If you do not enclose the chiller in the same cabinet as your ballasts you should not have too much of a problem.
