Here is a pretty good picture of our new purple tang. We added it to our tank at about 2:00 AM on Friday morning (due to the snow up north). Despite sitting on the runway for several hours in the cold she seems to be doing pretty well. She is still spending lots of time hiding in the rocks, but I think she will soon realize that she is the big fish in the pond now.

Great picture! They are very active fish and can become very agressive with some other tangs. Mine did not like my powder blue but was OK with the hippo and nasso. I have had mine since 3/99 and they are a great addition to a fish or reef tank. It should become very tame (eat from your fingers) in a few weeks. Mine is very fond of nori and formula 1 & 2.
Enjoy, Kevin
