Hello Fellow Reefers,
I am trying to find a effectiveway to control Flatworms that can multiply to plague proportions. I will be attempting to do controlled experiments using various commercially availible 'remidies' and Sea Slugs and Fish that are thought to control them without causing other sandbed fauna to dissappear. I have 6 20 gallon high aquariums setup with the same water chemistry to do these tests. The problem is that I do not have any Flatworms and would appreciate it if any of you do would mail them to me (Shipping paid ofcourse) I am looking for diffient strains/species so please email me at m_madill@hotmail.com if you are kind enough to mail me a few specimens. Best Regards, Matthew Madill ------------------ Matthew Madill |

I had a flatworm outbreak in my 25 gallon and I believe they are still there. Tonight I will check and take a close up for you. I can hardly see the little buggers unless they are in the water. I wish I had a microscope.
How many would you want? Regards, Ilham |

4 to 8 would be great! But not too many I don't want their water to foul during shipping
Thanks! Matthew ------------------ Matthew Madill |

I never thought I would see anyone post in search of flatworms to add to their tank. I have a massive outbreak of red planaria in my 90. I would be willing to ship you some since it won't cost me anything. Send me an email and we can work out shipping payment and address information. I would be happy to help if it will allow me to get rid of the pests without causing any other damage to my reef.
