I can't see anywhere on the site where they tell you how much $$$ they want.

I have to admit, it sounds like a good idea, though.

Part of your adoption fee will aid various conservation associations to help manage our natural biodiverse environment. The remainder of the adoption fee will aid in the restocking and propagation of corals. Only coral grown in captivity will be available for adoption.

The complete package price including the placement of your coral by divers is $65.00 (U.S.)

Thumbs up Great Idea!!

Thanx Pondscum for posting that!! Down here in florrida Mote Marine is trying to pass another specialtie license plate the majority of the funds on this one will be donated for the same purpose! Save our Reefs!!!! and you will get a license plate w/a picture of some corals/fish.....Also I would like to tell all scuba divers listening especially if you have a good understanding of corals which most divers/reefers have, to LOOK for simple task while diving to help our reefs. The keys is a prime example Im not gonna get into a big thread about how the keys reef ecosystem is gettting all stepped on (which it is) but if you see brain corals upside down.....then PLEASE flip them over gently...and if they are too big then please try and get the coordinates and give them to FMP they know the proper ppl to right them up. This can make a tremendous difference!
