Should I be worried if I have seen my flame angel nipping 2 of my SPSs?Or is it not possible for him to hurt them?

Yes, you should be worried. All angelfish, whether full-size or dwarf, are possible coral-nippers. Dwarf angels are somewhat more reef-safe than the full-size ones, but it is still a risk to keep them in reef tanks. I have a flame angel in mine as well, but so far she has not been a coral nipper. On the other hand, I had a Lemon Peel that was a coral nipper, and had to remover her. There is no guarantee that any dwarf angel will not eventually start nipping on corals. Sorry...
