Unhappy Vitamins for your fishey

I just rad the post by those unfortunate people who lost every fish in the tank. If you read this you have my deepest condolences. A lot of members were talking about vitamin supllements for their fish. Which ones are reef safe?

The only supplement I use is Selcon. I soak the food with it about an hour prior to feeding.

I use centrum liquid that can be bought at wal-mart for 8.00 a bottle. A few drops every few days soaked into the food is all I use. I feed frozen and just add the drops to the water and let it sit for a few minutes after swirling.

This money saving tid bit was passed on to me by my mentor in the hobby. Same stuff as the "fish" vitimans
