Either ignore the red slime or treat with eurythromycin if it is endangering your corals by overgrowing them. It is a perfectly natural thing for the tank to go through this "new tank" phase. Unfortunately it is also probably what stressed your fish.

I would take the fish out and put them back in the original tank with a salt concentration of 1.009 salinity and keep the new tank fish-free for three weeks.

If you are unwilling or unable to do that, try soaking food with water-soluble garlic extract (Kyolic brand works) and hope for the best.

You could put a UV sterilizer on the tank to help with the ick.

Never ever use an antibiotic in a reef aquarium. It will kill the beneficial bacteria and your tank will recycle causing more havoc than the red slime itself. If you want to get rid of the red slime which is a natural phenomenon in a new tank simply increase circulation in the affected area's and harvest all you can. Also do some partial water changes to dilute any nutrients which cause it to grow. Sometimes the natural way may take more time but it is far safer for your inhabitants.
