medicated flake foods and garlic juice?

Got Ich? I do, think It was dut to a bicolor psuedochromis, did not show up during quarantine, only after into into main tank. LFS gave me some medicated flke food. Have fed it to them x2days and they seem a little better, also added a cleaner shrimp to the tank. I have heard a lot about garlic soaked food. How do you get garlic juice? Should a take a head and food process it to mush and the run water through the puree? please advise

imho,garlic juice would probably work just as good against the ich on youre fish, if you just ate it youreself.

ime, most fish, given good water quality and diet, can beat ich on their own. my best advice ,keep the temp on the higher side,82-84,and as stable as possible.

I eat lots of garlic, have a braid of it in the kitchen right now. I used to get colds all the time now I am seldom sick. I think you may be right though, my wife is a gourmet chef as well as a sychologist so I have great mental and dietary care(lol) The tang is nearly spotless now only after 2 days. I think I wasn't feeding enough.
