What would you use to clean your magnets? I have a Tunze that is need of cleaning. I had thought about diluted muratic acid, but that may be too strong. Any suggestions?

Ltspd,
1 Clear vinegar. This may require an overnight soak. 2 Diluted photographic stop bath, non-indicator type.Make sure you have experience with diluting acids when using this. You should follow this with a soak in baking soda water to dilute the acid. don’t mix the baking soda and the acid Regards, Scott Passe

I've always used vinegar. Just make sure you rinse it good before it goes back in the tank.

Vinegar worked great, almost clean as new. Took longer than muratic acid but I felt the acid might loosen the cleaning material from the magent. Thanks for the advice.
