most all salts are probly comparable,but i like instant ocean.

Are you sure you want to go with only a 20g refugium on a 180g? Perhaps space is an issue? If you can go larger, I would recommend it. I've got a 26g for my 72, a 40g for my 135, and a 10g for my 20. Just my .02
P.S. LOA's are are good, low cost solution for the refugium. And I too use Instant Ocean. HTH
