Using old salt water?

I have some old salt water that has been in my w/c container for slightly over 1 month. The water has been covered, not air tight, but covered. There has been no circulation or heat on this water. Ph measures about 7.8.

If I made up w/c water and this old water was approx 1/3 of the "new" water do you feel it would be safe to use?
