New Fish!!!!!
This is my first fish in my 180 in a few years, it is a Siganus Corallinus (BLue Spotted Rabbitfish) unless the LFS messed up. These pictures are just after it was introduced to the tank, So far the rabbit is doing fine against the tangs, they seem to be running around him and doing a little picking at him.

WOW...first time I have ever seen that fish.....it almost looks like a grouper! So that fish is in the same family as a foxface? and a close cousin to the tangs?....is he a herbivore? are his eyes always that color or was it the camera that did that? cute little booger though!

So far his eyes are like that, after 24 hours in the tank he is starting to become yellow. I mainly ordered him because several people told me that this was one fish that would eat Bryposis Algae, which I have and it sucks. He is cute in an ugly kind of way. He is in the same family as the foxface and related to tangs.

I would be interested in a fish like this...
How big to they get? How safe are they (in general) for a reef? Would a 75 gallon be big enough to hold one? How picky are their eating habits? Thanks,

They get about 10-11 inches long in the wild, maybe a little less in a aquarium. They are just like tangs, they eat aglae, So far this one has eaten nori seaweed and formula 2. They are reef safe, in the wild they are found in large acropora branches. I do not think I would get one for a 75, the tank maybe just a little to small

Yeah, I just checked around. They're a little bigger than what can be provided by a 75.
Thanks for the info.

here is some information I got from fishbase
Max. size: 28.0 cm TL (male/unsexed) Environment: reef-associated; marine Climate: tropical; 24 - 27°C; 30°N - 30°S Importance: fisheries: commercial; aquarium: commercial Distribution: Gazetteer Indo-west-Pacific: Aldabra Is., Seychelles, Maldives, Andaman Sea, Thailand, Indonesia, Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Singapore, Viet Nam, Philippines, Ryukyu Is., Ogasawara Is., Palau, ?Kiribati, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Is., Australia, Vanuatu, and New Caledonia. Diagnosis: Dorsal spines (total): 13-13; Dorsal softrays (total): 10-10; Anal spines: 7-7; Anal soft-rays: 9-9; Vertebrae: 13-13. Head, body & fins orange-yellow; pale blue ocelli with darker blue margins on head, thorax & sides; spots about pinhead size, larger & more crowded on head, sometimes smaller on sides; ocelli may extend onto bases of dorsal & anal fins, and on bases of outer rays of caudal fin. Very small juveniles (up to 50 mm SL) may have vertical blue lines on side, fragmenting into the ocelli with increase in size. Orbit with a diffused-edged dark, triangular smudge; orange-brown iris Fin spines stout, pungent & venomous. Midline of thorax & ridges fully scaled. Biology: Occurs in coral-rich areas of lagoons. Juveniles found in small schools in shallow seagrass beds and reefs; often found among Acropora corals. Adults usually in pairs on shallow coral reefs and feed on benthic algae. A food fish that is occasionally poisonous The one I have was special ordered and recieved from Fiji. I am thinking you could get by with it in a 100 for a while but would have to upgrade or move it later. Mine is now starting to turn yellow like all the pictures you see
