Hi Venaman!

Spaghetti worms and bristle worms are beneficial to both refugium and show tank, and they are both equally important....remember diversity is what you want! I have seen LS for sale for $1-$2 per pound, however I highly recommend you buying worms, pods, etc from IPSF or Inland instead of buying LS. Caulerpa is a form of macroalgae....there are many forms of macro algae, however caulerpa is probably the most popular, there is also many types of caulerpa such as feather, grape, razor, cup etc etc....grape IME is the fastest growing and a great nutrient export for refugiums. Sea grass is another form of macroalgae which can be used as aesthics (looks...its nice) and possibly for a form of nutrient export. HTH
